Changing in Edit metadata

Dear OCS team,

we have a conference administered through OCS
(http://sisr-issr-conference-submission-2017.com/index.php/test/rccds2017)
and we have a problem.
We have a submission where we want make a change in medatada (Edit metadata).
An author has fogotten to submit a french version of an abstract. Previousl,
I as a conference director could have enter the French version through Edit
metadata but now it signals this message:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access
/index.php/test/rccds2017/director/saveMetadata on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could you please let me know what is the problem and how can I resolve it?

Hi @Branko_Ancic,

There is likely an errant mod_security rule active on your server that’s preventing OCS from receiving that request. This should be logged; look at your Apache log (or ask your server admin to do so).
