Changes made on Edit Profile > Notifications are not saved

Hi everyone!

I’m using OJS 3.4.0.1. When I check an item on Edit Profile > Notifications, click on save button and refresh the page, the modification is not really saved.

Here is the default page.

Here I uncheck two items, click on save button and refresh the page.

How can I fix it?

Hi @iuribacelar,

Are you able to check your PHP error logs and report on any errors from there - that might provide more clues as to what’s going on?

Hi @rcgillis !

There is no PHP error logs. It doesn’t display any error message on the screen too.

When I click on save button, display this message showing that the action was saved, but It doesn’t happen.

Hi @iuribacelar,

So, for example, when a new issue has been published, despite having the setting enabled, you just don’t receive the notification? Have you tested this?
