Hi! We are using version 3.4.
In our case, a particular person sends the review request emails. However, these include the following in the sender: “In the name of ” and the response is configured for that person’s contact, which causes the response emails not to reach the person truly in charge of that aspect. .
I was browsing the templates section and I can’t find an option to change the sender of the email and the address it responds to.
Is it possible to configure another reply-to and another sender for this template?
