Change review request email Sender OJS 3.4

Hi! We are using version 3.4.

In our case, a particular person sends the review request emails. However, these include the following in the sender: “In the name of ” and the response is configured for that person’s contact, which causes the response emails not to reach the person truly in charge of that aspect. .

I was browsing the templates section and I can’t find an option to change the sender of the email and the address it responds to.

Is it possible to configure another reply-to and another sender for this template?

Hi, we have the same issue. All emails sent to external reviewers are sent from the System Administrator email address even though the name is different for each editor. Eventually, external reviewers answer to the system administrator instead of answering to the editor who sent the request. ¿Is there a way to fix this?
