Bootstrap 3 theme in OJS 3.3.0
I am trying to change the font of the Journal Name (make it bigger) and bring the menus below it in new line in the site header.
I have tried uploading a custom css file, and editing heading style in header.tpl of the theme folder but nothing happens.
The same Title appears much bigger in other themes like Default or Gopher or Old Gregg like this
If some can help and give me clue where and what to eidt!
