Can't upload files to OJS

When I try to upload an image file to the OJS 2.4.5 announcement section, the image doesn’t show up but there is no error.

Why? What is happening here? Is there a setting to make uploads work?

Hi @sherrikeller

Have you set permissions and ownership to your /public folder in OJS install? I mean, not only chmod write permission, i.e.: 755, but webserver user ownership to be able to write in it.

Hi there! I also have a problem with submission file. When author submit a paper, nothing happen. I’m using OJS 2.4.8.5. Database server version 10.3.16-MariaDB, PHP version 5.6.40. Permission for files directory is 755
