Can't submit form in Turkish

Describe the issue or problem
When i submit a form i took https://ojs.healthssj.com/index.php/panel/api/v1/contexts/1 403 (Forbidden) err in browser console and a pop-up “The requested URL was unrecognized” but it happens only selected Turkish language if i select English everything okay

Steps I took leading up to the issue
1-)Open any form
2-) Click submit
3-) “The requested URL unrecognized” pop-up and throw 403 Forbidden to browser console but php err logs clear

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0-17

Hi @tyunusb,

I’m unable to replicate that problem locally. Are you using a server-side security tool like mod_security (an Apache module) that might be causing this to happen? If possible, I’d suggest disabling anything like that and trying again to see if it’s interfering.
