Can't see bottom for downloading PDF

My Journal is brasiliensis.cerm.org.br.
I’m using OJS 3.4

I have two problems:

1st. problem
When I click the PDF bottom of an article, a new window opens.
But it doesn’t show the PDF (as expected), and it says: “brasiliensis.cerm.org.br rejected the connexion”

2nd. problem
I’m using a bootstrap 3 theme,
but in the window that opens to display the PDF, the download bottom is not visible (even if it is there and I can download the file)

It is solved. I deactivated the Google Scholar plugin and reactivated it again. Then it worked.

I tried to give notice, but I couldn’t find my post ![:grimacing:]
