Describe the issue or problem
when I login as an admin I cant reach the submission page it says “redirected you too many times. ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” but I can open all other admin dashboard page just fine I think it may have something with cookie?
Steps I took leading up to the issue
- set session check ip to off
- changing session cookie name
What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0.15

no error log
the page direct to this link first and after about 5 sec redirect to the second pict with same error message “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”
