Can't make New submissions after upgrading ojs 3.1.1.0 to OJS 3.2.1.4

I managed to upgrade ojs 3.1.1.0 to ojs 3.2.1.4
here are my ojs upgrade steps;
Step 1. upgrade from ojs 3.1.1.0 to ojs 3.1.2.4

Step 2. upgrade from ojs 3.1.2.4 to ojs 3.2.1.4

  • run the following query before running the upgrade script;

ALTER TABLE journal_settings ALTER COLUMN setting_type DROP NOT NULL;
ALTER TABLE author_settings ALTER COLUMN setting_type DROP NOT NULL;

and finally managed to successfully upgrade to ojs 3.2.14

impact after upgrading ojs 3.2.1.4;

can anyone help me to solve this problem? please help and support
Thank you,

Hi @ragil.prasetyo,

Not sure about the submission issue, but I’ll see if I can get someone else to help.

Could you please create separate posts for the Copernicus plugin issues? It would be helpful to separate your post in to separate posts for specific issues (as per our forum guidelines). You may also want to have a look at existing posts on that plugin, as users have brought up issues with it before: https://forum.pkp.sfu.ca/search?q=copernicus%20plugin

For the et al. issue, is this just happening for submissions with a lot of authors (I suspect this may be a default behaviour for OJS).
