Can't login as admin for one of the journal

Hi,

We are using OJS version 3.0.2.0.

The are multiple journals hosted, but one of the journal cannot be accessed using the admin login. Previously there were no issues to log in.

Is there are way to assign the same admin for the journal via database SQL command?

Kindly advise.
