Can't Access Plugins & importexport

Hello i’ve problem here , after we move to the new server .
The site its ok , but several link cant access .

This link cant be Access :

http://jmbr.ppm-school.ac.id/index.php/jmbr/manager/importexport
http://jmbr.ppm-school.ac.id/index.php/jmbr/manager/plugins

Im meet HTTP ERROR 500 .
Can anyone help me .

Which of our applications and what version are you using? (Please include this information in your posts.)

Check your PHP error log for details.
