Cannot view download link in published issue

the above is the link of the published issue but i cant view download any where
but the data folder is accessible via web am using 3.0.2.0
OS platform Linux
PHP version 5.4.45
Apache version Apache
Database driver mysql
Database server version 5.6.31-77.0-log

please help me out

When I click on the link, I do not see the published issue either. I am using Chrome on Windows, so this problem is not just on your computer. Did you check to see that you have published the issue and that the published issue is your current issue?
