Cannot send email. OJS 3.2.1.0

I have a problem with sending emails and where the notification: “There was a problem sending an email message. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator”.

Already try to follow advice from previous cases in this forum, but still cannot solve it. Anyone can help me? Tq in advance
