Dear all:
I’m using OJS 3.1.1.4 with PHP 5.6.40 in a Linux server.
I was having an “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” error when trying to access the submissions. Searching here in the forum I found a workaround by changing the CGI PATH_INFO from “off” to “on” in config.inc.php.
However, now I cannot delete submissions. I changed it back to “off” and could briefly delete submissions, but it soon started to give the “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” error again.
My journal is in a subdomain, and the root folder has a WordPress installation, if that helps (other answers here suggest that the problem may lie in the .htaccess file in the root).
Any advice?
