i recently upgraded our to OJS-3.1.1-4 today sucessfully but i cannot create new journals. Each time a journal is created and saved in the system but displays a 404 not found error for the new journal.
we get this error:
The requested URL /admin/contexts was not found on this server.
Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at njms.unilag.edu.ng Port 80
i urgently await your reply as it is affecting our work.

Probably there should be more info in the PHP error logs? Are you seeing there any errors related to the problem?
