I cannot complete my instalment on OJS 3.1.1-4. why? There is no error occured

Hi @george_long,

First question is why you are not using the latest version. If you don’t have any strong reasons against you should use the latest released version.

In order to be anybody able to help you, you should write in more details what have you done (exact steps) and what are results.
