Is it possible to merge two magazines and do one of the two?

There are several ways to approach this. You can host two journals/magazines in a single install of OJS. This is useful if there is independent editorial control and journal management, but shared user accounts. You can import the articles and issues from one journal into another journal. This is useful if editorial control and journal management are shared.
In both cases, the URLs for the journal which is imported will change, so you will need to perform URL rewriting and/or DOI updates. In both cases, it will be difficult to capture all of the data from the imported journal. For example, OJS does not provide a way natively to export editorial configurations or usage metrics, so any import of these would be manual.
