Can' t update or modify users

Describe the issue or problem
I try to modify the selected user and OJS 3.3.0.14 stuck and do not make the operation

Steps I took leading up to the issue
Settings → Users & Roles → Search “name” → Edit User

The changes make no effect and stuck on the edit user page.

Do you see any spinning wheel or any other error?
Could you check your PHP error logs and report on any errors from there?

Hi Roger, yes i see a spinning wheel and a error log indicates a connection error on /lib/pkp/lib/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Database/Connection.php line 671. Thanks.

There is a error in line 115 /lib/pkp/lib/vendor/doctrine/dbal/lib/Doctrine/DBAL/Driver/PDOStatement.php
