Hi,
with OJS 3.4.0.8. In emails setting page I’ve checked the “Send an email to all authors” option for new submissions.
During a new submission, if the author add new contributors (specifing name and emails) and click on submit at the final page, he gets a generic error “An unexpected error has occurred”
In server log I get the following error
