Can not see preview of an article

Describe the problem
One of our journals did notice that they could not see preview of a article. They could only see the preview if the article was assigned to an issue. We did some tests and it seems that the problem is solved if we do deactivate the COinS Plugin. Does anybody have similar problems with this plugin or other plugins? The journal does use the default theme.

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0.21 (we did just upgrade from 3.3.0.13)

This is quite an older thread - but is related to the COinS plugin too: OJS 3.0.2: Right panel disappeared after adding Announcement - #3 by Ph_We

It’s possible you might be running up against the same issue with no authors? Otherwise, having the PHP error log messages might be helpful in this case.

When we did stop using CoIns the problem stopped.

Hi all,

I would expect that this would leave an error message in the PHP error log. Can anyone encountering this problem provide an error trace?

Sorry about the long response time. But we did some further tests and Coins creates the problem.
