Describe the issue or problem
We update to ojs-3.3.0-13 and all works fine but when try touse default bootstrap3 theme get the following error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘PKP\core\PKPApplication’ not found in /var/www/html/ojs33013/
clear chache folder but the error continues.
