Bootstrap theme not working with ojs 3.1.1

I have downloaded bootstrap theme for ojs 3.1.1.

But I see ##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.name## as selection for the theme and after selection all stying disappears.

I tried clearing cache.

Check your PHP error log for details.

I am sorry, some files were not transferred using FTP.

It is working fine.
