bootstrab theme can’t show all journal

Step.

1.migrate 3.1.2-4 to ojs3.3.0-8
2. download [bootstrap3-v3_2_0-3.tar.gz]
3. upload in new plugin
4. enable plugin
5. select bootstrab and go to journal

  1. if go to select default theme, it has option show journal
    image

It can show all journal.
