Boostrap 3 theme shows empty home page

Hi! I have upgraded OJS2.4.8.1 to OJS 3.1.1.4 with success, I then installed the Bootstrap3 theme and now the home page is empty but if I use the defult ojs theme everythig is displayed, it only happens with boostrap:

In the logs I only see this error:

PHP Fatal error: Smarty error: [in frontend/components/navigationMenu.tpl line 20]: syntax error: unrecognized tag ‘continue’ (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 590) in /ojs/upgrade/ojs311/lib/pkp/lib/vendor/smarty/smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1094, referer: http://10.184.184.16/ojs311/index.php/index/admin/settings
I have already cleared data caches and template cache before and after the installation. What can I be doing wrong?

You are trying to use incompatible version of Bootstrap3 theme for this specific OJS version
