Is it possible to display statistics and information about the number of vol, numbers, number of issues, number of accepted articles, number of rejected articles, etc. in Ojs ?!

A lot of that information is available via the statistics and reporting options in OJS - please see our documentation here: Statistics
Although, I don’t know that statistics would capture all of that specific info (e.g. Number of Indexing databases would not be captured within OJS).
However, there is no plugin that automatically displays that particular information automatically. You could, potentially, use the custom block plugin to have a block of information that presented that information. An overview of the custom block plugin can be found here: Website Settings
