Block Custom not appear

I succeed to make a new block on Appearance site setting, but it doesn’t appear on the Side Bar at the website. What’s wrong? Thank you.

Hi Sisca,
I was try it and using the patch yesterday. In the Appeareance setting site it appear a new block that I made. But it only in the list of appearance site, it doesnt in the website bar side. Thanks

Could you post the screen shot of your Sidebar Management under Appearance setting? Thanks.

Sory for the late response. I made two new blocks, namely: ISSN and Indexing.
