Hello. I am using version 3.1.1.2 and, as the journal editor, have just assigned the first submission to a reviewer in this version. The reviewer has just sent me the attached screenshot which shows that she can read the author’s name. Is this a technical problem? is this my fault?

In blind review the reviewer can see the author’s name, but the author can not see the reviewers name
You should use double-blind if you do not want the reviewer to see the author’s name.
