Blank page (QuickSubmitPlugin)

When I update journal back issue (/importexport/plugin/QuickSubmitPlugin). I found blank page and can not upload file. Please help me?

Hi, I do have the same problem.
I get the following error

I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help me with this?
