last 10 days i have faced Blank Page issue on ojs2.4.8.1
When i upload my old index.php page only so website is working fine
everyday i face same issue. only my website home page is blank.
i have old backup so i upload only Index.php and site is live
i m not understand what is the issue? i changed my password many times but still everyday i face it.
Plz share any suggestion for it.

Have you tried comparing the index.php file on the site with the one you’re replacing it with? It sounds like something is modifying that file.

Hi, Both the files are different. The file on server which is blank… I have att the screenshot of that… I am not sure why the file is blank of which I have shared the screenshot. So please check screenshot. Is this a hack or some ojs issue.

It appears that something is installing malware on your server. I would recommend reviewing your server fully for security – you’ll likely find one or two PHP back-doors. You’ll also need to find out how these were added so that it doesn’t happen again in the future. That’s a little outside the scope of this forum, I’m afraid, but one common misconfiguration is to place the files_dir (configured in config.inc.php) inside your server’s web root – this can be used to install and run arbitrary PHP code.
