I uploaded my OJS 3.0.0 but when I browse the index page I see a blank page…

In my error log I see only this:

Ok, I upgraded my PHP version and finally I see the installation page.

Now I see 4 “Strict Standards” warnings. I have to ignore them, I suppose…
