Bad URL for Patcher

The built in patch command tries to pull:

http://pkp.sfu.ca/ocs/download/patch/omp-1.1.0_to_1.1.1-1.patch.gz

Which results in a 404.

Hi @ajrbyers,

Thanks for the heads-up – I’ve corrected that in our git repository. The /ocs/ part should be /omp/.
