Automatically changing the order of articles in the table of contents

Hi,
In the last published issue of the magazine we notice that the order in the table of contents changes automatically. Sometimes a certain arrangement of articles takes an hour, sometimes more, sometimes even just a few minutes. In this last issue, we entered 9 articles into OJS 3 using the QuickSubmit plugin because we had already edited the articles in the old version of OJS 2. Four articles are already fully edited in OJS 3. We’re currently using OJS 3.3.0.13.
Maybe someone knows how to solve this issue?

This happens when there are no page numbers with the articles. Reorder them once in the back issue (Edit the issue, use Order button on top right, move the articles to correct order, then button Done) so that for each article a sequence number is stored in the database.
