In the ORCID profile plugin settings - if the box is checked for email settings to automatically send an email to authors asking them to connect their ORCID iD upon publication of a new issue, is the email only sent to authors who have not already connected their ORCID iD in their OJS author profile? Does the email get sent upon publication, or upon submission?
