Dear colleagues from OJS team,
please is there some possiblities for automatic deleting declined submissios with articles and other files? I think that option will be helpfull for journals which received a lot of articles and these submissions then takes a lot of hosting memory.
Or uniform removal of all or selected declined submissiond with one click, no one by one?
Or automatic deletion of declined submissions after a certain time, after a certain deadline that I set or select.

Work around this is being discussed here: Tools to clean old incomplete submissions · Issue #4540 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub - but is not currently planned for a future release.
