Authors can not access their submission! URGENT

Hola todos!

Today something has happened to our journal. When an author click on “View Submission”, he is directed to a page with a message :

You don't currently have access to that stage of the workflow.

also, no one can submit a new article because of the same problem when he wants to upload a submission.

managers and editors have acces to articles.

Help please. What should we do?!

I found out that ‘Roles’ table was messed up.
Some one had removed ‘submission’ role from ‘Author’.
Could this be done automatically or was I hacked ?!?! :frowning:

The most likely scenario is an accidental change by a journal manager or administrator. I’m not aware of any process which would trigger such a change, nor any outstanding security concern.
