Author, Editor, and Reviewer Can't Download Article

If I click the link of the article

All user group have the same problem (can’t download the article).

Dear Smecher,
I see this problem with all files, I also already checked on files directory, The files is exist and successfully uploaded to files directory and can be downloaded through FTP app.

I solved this problem when I changed the file config.inc.php on line 182, files_dir = /www/your_directory.
