Attachment Issue with Reviewer Emails in OJS 3.4.0.8

Hello everyone,

I encountered an issue where, when I added a reviewer along with the file to be reviewed in OJS (version 3.4.0.8), the file did not get sent properly. The window appeared but kept loading endlessly. When I checked with my reviewers, they said they received the email, but the attachment (the file) was missing.

Could anyone help me understand why this is happening and what I should do to fix it?

The window appeared but kept loading endlessly.

In cases such as these, you need to check your PHP error log - that should provide more clues as to what is occurring that is causing this issue.
