Assistance Needed with PKP-PLN Plugin Issue - OJS 3.4

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with the PKP-PLN plugin that I’m unable to resolve. When I try to configure the settings, I receive the error message: “Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.”

For reference, I am using Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.4.0.3, along with PKP|PN version 3.0.0-1 compatible with OJS 3.4.

Any guidance on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There are probably details in the php log.

A thing that had me in the past (and that you could try) was the database migration didn’t perform when I first installed it. Disabling the plugin and then reenabling did the trick.
