All of a sudden since a few days ago we cannot assign editor to a newly submitted article. When clicking Assign Editor it just goes “loading” without listing any names. Nothing has changed with the system in the past few days, but suddenly this problem happens. I checked error log, there are no errors, only warnings which seem unrelated to this.
