'assign' botton to start workflow is not showed

Dear all,

my institution installed OJS [ Current version: 3.1.2.4].
As you can see in the screenshots, the application does not show the botton ‘assign’. I don’t find the way to begin the review process and the subsequent steps.

Hi @ariele,

Have you verified that the user has proper roles? Like journal editor.
