As an Editor/Journal manager, I cannot confirm the Reviewer's review

When I receive the review decision, as in the attached image, I need to confirm the reviewer decision so as the to proceed. When I confirm, the status of “Red Review” does not change to “Revert Decision” and the “Review Submitted” does not change to “Complete”.

I had a case where the reviewers submitted their decisions and their status were “Read review”, when I informed the author about the final decision the email does not contain the reviewer’s form results.

Any help, please?

Please add the exact version of OJS3 you are using: 3.0.0, 3.0.1, 3.0.2 or 3.1.0?

I am using Ver. 3.0.2.0
By the way, some times the confirmation take place after few days and the status is changed to Completed or Thank reviewer.

We upgraded the OJS 3.0.2 today to 3.1. Everything was good, but we lost the submission setting, as a page in the first journal and as a content in the second journal.
