I recently switched to a new server and after migrating my website and database, certain artifacts have appeared in place of certain characters. For example, the artifact shown in the screenshot is supposed to be a dash. I tried editing the charset in the config file to utf8 instead of utf-8. I also tried different combinations of changing the character set of the database and different collations, but nothing seems to be working. The character set of the database is currently set to utf8mb4 and the collation is utf8mb4_unicode_ci. I also tried utf8_general_ci and utf8_unicode_ci.
