Articles not showing - Failed to load resource 500( Internal server error) - 3.3.0.14

Hi, we are having a problem on the author submission page, we can’t view the articles.

authorDashboard/submission

In the browser console it displays the following message:

“to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”

The article never loads.

ojs version 3.3.0.14

Has anyone had this problem and know the reason for this?

In case of the error 500, you should get more info in the web server log.

Hi @primozs, I restored to version 3.3.0.1 and the problem was fixed. Thank you for your help. Carlos Batalha
