With OJS 2.4.6 and regarding the next screenshot:
issues from 17 to 14 are exported correctly, but issues from 13 to 10 are not exported and the following page is opened:
Articles from 17 to 10 are exported correctly.
Please, how could I fix it?

Have you checked your PHP error log? There should be more information there.

We ran into this problem also and did not check our error log (for which I am now kicking myself). However, we found that when we got this error, we could still export the individual articles from a given issue and recreate the issue using the import side of the plugin on the new journal. It was tedious, but it worked.
