Articles don't load in the Crossref and DOAJ Export Plugins article lists

Hello! My university uses OJS 3.3.0.14 for 14 journals. In some journals, the CrossRef XML Export plugin loads the list of articles with attributed DOI.

In other journals, the list of articles does not load. Only the word “Loading” appears indefinitely.

And the same happens to the DOAJ Export plugin

Any hint of the cause of this problem?

The “Loading” message suggests something occurring in the background - are you able to check your PHP error log? If unsure of how to do that, please consult this post.
