Hi, What plugin do I need to enable if I want to have article tools in the sidebar? Thank you.

I suppose you are using OJS 2.4.x.
They are not in a plugin, they are so called “Reading Tools”. You can enable them as journal manager under Reading Tools > Reading Tool Options. Select there the checkbox “Enable Reading Tools for designated sections of journal.” at the top of the page, appropriate checkboxes under “Journal Item Toos” and save the form. Go then as journal manager to “Setup 5.6 Journal Layout” and check if the “Reading Tools Block” is in one of your sidebars, if not move it there and save this form as well. Now you should see the tools on every article page.
