Article Submission Form in the Frontend

Hi,

For our journal, we would like to allow authors to Submit an article similar to the “QuickSubmit” plugin but on the front-end (without the ability to publish the article). Is there an already made solution for this or would I need to develop a custom plugin for it?

I don’t know any plugin that does this.
