Article citation generates duplicate "https://doi.org/" prefix

Hi,

I just noted that the auto-generated citation of an article contains a duplicate “http://doi.org/” prefix.
See for example: Editors' Introduction | Journal of Historical Network Research

I could not find a way to fix this. Do you have any ideas?

I think you need to apply this fix to display doi properly in csl.
