Array email problem, submission notification

hello again, I’m having trouble with an array email that is being sent with empty content every time that a submission is done. this is not part of the “prepared emails” in the system and I don’t know where to find this function to either modify the email and add content or delete the function… can you help me? thank you very much

we are using Open Conference Systems 2.3.5.0.

Hi @jkings16,

I’d suggest upgrading to OCS 2.3.6 as a first step. If you’re still having the problem with OCS 2.3.6, I’ll be happy to help debug.

dear Asmecher, thank you so much for your assistance, we upgraded these past days to ocs 2.3.6, we are still having the same empty email being sent.
any suggestions on where I could read the code to do debug?

Hi @jkings16,

There should be an email template called SUBMISSION_ACK in the “Prepared Emails” area. The default text is here:
