Hello,
i have created a persona account and then login to PKP. But when i get to page http://pkp-alm.lib.sfu.ca/users/me i get a ‘404 The page you are looking for doesn’t exist.’ Message.
How can i get and API key?
I need it for using the ALM plugin.(running OJS 2.4.8)
Kind Regards,
Themis
I have the similar problem with error:

How to get API?
I got the API using PLOS account.
My previous problem was using Persona.
But is it correct using PLOS account to get API for OJS?
I haven’t tried the PLOS account but i will and i will post back.
In the meantime, did you try using the API key in you ALM plugin? Does it work correctly if you do?
Thank you for posting your finding anyway
Hope that we get an official reply on this.
Could you maybe explain the step in which you used the PLOS account to get an API key? Also, how did you find out about the possibility of using a PLOS account?
Thank you in advance!
I found this site
http://api.plos.org/registration/
and it works like this
http://journal.bio.unsoed.ac.id/index.php/scribio/article/view/11
but I don’t know whether this is the right way to show metrics using ALM
Your API key needs to be generated by the Lagotto instance you are wanting to connect with, not a PLOS API key (which gives you access to PLOS article stats).
It should be available from your user profile page once you create a new user at the Lagotto instance of your choice.
